What are Intro to Lacrosse Events?
We will be showcasing the 4 core skills associated with this great game. Scooping, Cradling, Passing and Catching. We will break up into age-appropriate groups, keeping friends together, and will go through skill stations and games.
Bring water for your child.
Cleats are preferred
Dress for the weather!!! Hats and gloves if it is cold out!
Lacrosse is an all-weather sport played outside in the spring. We felt this year we should simulate this sport as close to the real thing as possible instead of inside of a tight gymnasium.
